Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) lists 16 official off-leash areas. We publish 16 records, each attribute linked to the page that states it.

About this list

SPR's page prose says "the 14 exciting exceptions" (a stale figure) but the page itself lists 16 distinct off-leash areas, and SPR's own ArcGIS "Dog Off-Leash Areas" layer contains 17 features (the extra one being Denny Substation, operated by City Light). We publish the 16 the page describes and note the discrepancy rather than picking one silently.

SPR publishes park hours, not off-leash-area-specific hours. Two parks (Golden Gardens, Magnuson) publish no hours block at all.

OpenStreetMap has 25 leisure=dog_park elements inside the Seattle boundary (20 named), but that figure is not comparable: it includes private and commercial facilities and maps some SPR sites under other names.
